Very lengthy, took about an hour. Interviewed with 3 different individuals. To be well prepared, I would gain knowledge on their history and customer satisfaction policy. If you do that then you will be well prepared.

You basically interview over the phone and send back a short recording of your self. They will ask you questions and allow you to answer the questions over the phone recording. They also give you the chance to delete and re-record if you like.
