All online. Video questions which you record your answer to. There were 5 questions and were common interview questions. You can rerecord your answers if you need to. There are also practice questions which you can practice recording answers with.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
