I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Feb 2010
Interview
I applied through my university's website. I got invited to an interview, and it was a behavioral interview. They asked some questions and I had to answer in terms of:
- what I did
-What my role was
-what was the final out come
The also asked me about the position. I thought that it was very structured by the company, and the interviewers did not have so much influence on the process since all of the questions they were going to ask were prewritten.
There were 2 interviewers one asked questions and the other wrote down what I said, and the key points. I thought they were friendly and not intimidating at all.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you has to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
Give a specific example of what you did, how you reacted and what the end result was.
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.
