Interview
1. Initial Phone Screen - Standard overview of job description, salary expectations, etc.
2. Phone Interview with HR rep - Behavior based questions:
a. Give an example of a time you drove for results.
b. Give an example of a time you demonstrated excellent listening skills.
c. Give an example of a time you received unexpected feedback and how you dealt with it.
***These are just some examples of the several questions they asked.
3. Interview with Store Team Leader - Again behavior based.
4. Interview with District Team Leader - Behavior based.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
