Basic interview questions, did not really ask me much I think they just needed people in fast matter of time. Interview was not too long as I expected, manager got side track and starting speaking about things outside the interview, which was okay because I am a peoples person and enjoy talking. Overall the interview went well and I got the job the same day.

Why do you want to work for Target? What are some things you can bring?
The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Interview
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
i applied for a job online for my local target score and received notice about an interview a few days later. it was a positive experience with everyone i interacted with along the way. nothing bad to report in, they asked standard questions such as tell me about yourself and how do you handle conflict.
