The interview itself was very casual and relaxed. The interview was not stressful. Interviewer asked questions mostly that had to do with how I was as a person. Did not take resume too seriously
The interview process was extremely straight forward, they asked me some situational questions along with questions specifically about my experience in related industries. It was relaxed and my interviewer was very pleasant.

How would you go about handling an upset customer?
Was open interviews and I was offered the opportunity after two rounds. It was a smooth process and did not take long. After the 2nd round I was called in the room
initially you answer some personality indicating questions, then a lot of behaviorial questions if they like what they see they will send a link to do a recorded interview where you submit your own responses and can re-record them as well . super easy but super lengthy.
