The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2010
Interview
Applied online through the website and was contacted by a recruiter who then held a phone interview. After passing that, the recruiter explained what the job consisted of and gave me the contact information for another person to call to set up a face to face interview which ended up taking place three days later. This time the interview consisted two rounds with two different managers each consisting of 5 behavioral based questions. Afterwards I was contacted and asked to take a personality/intelligence test online which was timed. I heard back about a week later.
