I applied online. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2008
Interview
What was the most surprising about the interview process was that I had three separate interviews from three different store managers. They each asked questions about my willingness to stay with the company. They each wanted to know my employment history and what I learned from each position. They wanted to know my long term goals and whether Target was apart of those goals.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The hiring process consisted of a one on one interview. This was more of a simple get to know you interview. Next was an interview with a DTL and a person from group level HR. This interview had similar questions as the first but went more in depth of why you want to work for target and what do you want to do in the future. The last interview was over the phone and that was with the group director. This was a quick ten minute interview kind of just giving the final approval.
