Target Guest Advocate interview questions

I had to record myself answering pre recorded questions. It was nice to be able to complete the interview on my own time. It was a different experience not meeting the hiring team in person however, the process was easy and very straightforward.

They use HireVue to conduct their interviews which means they provide video interviews. You don’t talk to a live person. You are asked 6 questions. You have up to three chances to record your answers.
