Target General Merchandiser interview questions

It was quick and easy he told me I got the job at the end of it. Asked me some situational questions, personal questions, why I want to work for target blah blah blah

Easy, but impersonal. There was little to no follow up. I applied. several times and never was called without initiating contact. I was never outright rejected either. They ask you to record short responses to automated questions and upload them.
