Target General Merchandiser interview questions

The Target interview for a General Merchandise position was straightforward, focusing on customer service skills, teamwork, and problem-solving. Questions were behavioral, and I was asked about handling challenges and prioritizing tasks.

I did a video interview. But in the phone interview I answered all questions except one. Therefore, I did not get an offer to you.I tried to get into Target a few times, but it’s not easy to be interviewed if you have Intermediate English. So I understand that Target is only accepted with excellent knowledge of the language.
