very easy, they basically go off of your work experience and will gauge on where to put you from there. If they think you can handle more you will notice they will start asking more difficult questions or even ask you if you would be interested in a more hands on roll.

Received link to conduct a virtual interview. Interview was through Hirevue. Had 48 hours to complete interview but was able to complete it at any time. Answers were recorded via webcam.

Interview
Met with two managers, very quick process and the questions weren't too crazy. During the holidays so I am sure they were taking almost anyone. After a brief explanation of what I would be doing I already knew I "got" the job.
