I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Rogers, MN) in Jul 2020
Interview
Very laid-back and easy. Once you get in for an interview, you basically have the job and you simply have to answer a few questions. Questions vary but are mostly questions you would expect from an interview.

Interview
It's a very simple interview where you record yourself answering questions. You get 3 do-overs for if you don't like your recording, you also get to practice before you go into the actual recording section.

Interview
I applied to this position over a month ago and never heard anything back, so I assumed they were not interested, but about a week ago I got the email asking for an interview. When I got to the interview I had to wait about 20 minutes because the team lead doing the interview was on his lunch break. He was very friendly and personable. After the interview he informed me that F&B was pretty much staffed up but that they needed Guest Advocates (cashiers) if I was interested. I said yes and we scheduled the second interview.
The wait for the second interview was only about 5-10 minutes. The woman interviewing me seemed a little disoriented during the interview, I think it was supposed to be done by someone else, but she was very nice. After the questions she told me to look out for a phone call or email about orientation so I was basically offered the job on the spot.
Both of the interviews were very similar to each other, mostly behavioral questions with some standard ones thrown in. If you get past the first interview I wouldn't worry too much about the second because there wasn't any unexpected questions.
