I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Target (Buffalo, NY)
Interview
It was a horrible experience. I met with recruiters a day before my interview to discuss how to prepare for the interview and they told me 8 questions that would be asked during the interview and to make sure I know how to answer those 8 questions. Well, I had my interview and none of those questions were asked. I feel like I had prepared for the wrong interview and it became one of the hardest interviews I have ever had. They said they would get back to me on Friday or Monday and it ended up taking them until Tuesday, which is kind of unfortunate it took that long. There was just a lot of lying from Target and I wish I never wasted my time with them.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Target (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Smooth and personable; not very intimidating
Very easy to talk to the people and share experiences and skill sets
Probably one of the most enjoyable interviews because it was so conversational
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Harrisonburg, VA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Everyone was very nice and friendly. There were three rounds of interviews. All behavioral questions. The questions were very customer service orientated so if you don't have a background in that it could be difficult thinking of examples.
