Target ETL interview questions

I was referred by a coworker to apply for a mangagement position. I figured that I had nothing to lose since I already had a job. I got a phone interview and thought it went very well. I called back a few days later, and was told that they were no longer hiring. weird

It was a situational analysis: Describe your BEST work experience and your WORST work experience, Describe a time when you were doing something wrong and what you did to fix it, etc.
