Very Structured, First was a phone interview, followed by 1:1 with STL, followed by DTL, and then GTL. However, the process in getting streamlined. A few general questions to start. Followed by 4 structured questions. Reading up on questions and preparing answers will help. They try to keep the in person interviews relaxed and welcoming.

Called back for the second interview at target. Made me wait 20 minutes because they were behind schedule and the person interviewing me kept on yawning constantly throughout the interview. Very unprofessional and made me feel pretty crappy. Second interview with the district manager went very well. 6 behavioral questions
