Target ETL interview questions

Long, unnecessary for the job, interviewers did not really want to interview me, frustrating as timeline kept changing, no room for variations, interviews done on the phone, interview questions given were not the ones used

I went to a Target booth a my college's job fair. Spoke with a recruiter for a few minutes, and got a phone call the next day to schedule an interview. I met with an interviewer on campus a few days later, and had a final Skype interview with a district manager a week or so after that. I got the job offer about a week and a half after my final interview.
