Target Cashierr interview questions

It was a job fair so I went into a room and waited. About thirty minutes after showing up, I was called in for my first interview (there were two). He was very nice and asked situational questions such as "If a mom wanted a pair of shoes for her son and they weren't on the floor, what would you do?"

Very laid back, they ask you a few simple questions about your application and they usually give you the job right then and there if they like you enough.
