Target Cashier interview questions

I turned in an application and received a call about a week later asking to set up an interview. When I came in I had to fill out a questionnaire before meeting with a Guest Service Team Lead. We then went into the back room and he asked me a few questions; Give an example of a situation during a past job experience where you had to be a leader, where you solved a customers problem, and where you had to remain calm under a stressful situation. After interviewing with him, an HR member came and asked me similar questions then told me I was hired and set up an orientation time.
