Target Cashier interview questions

Manager called me asked if it would be a first job asked me 2 other pointless questions and then sent me an email saying I didn’t get the job. This is a minimum wage retail job I think they only hire homosexuals and women at target I guess. Got a different job with a better company with better people.

Pretty simple, they’ll ask you situational questions where you will tell them about a specific time something happened. There were about maybe five questions in total and took about 30 minutes. There’s usually two interviews.
