Interview fair at a local church. Three team members who were to begin working at the opening store interviewed each potential candidate. Questions asked hypothetical situations, previous work experience, and behaviors relating to friends, family and strangers. After several minutes following the third interview, I was called back to another room and offered a position so long as I passed the drug test.

It's a two part interview process. They conduct both interviews within the same day.You are interviewed by two executive managers and then the final say is the manager from that department. The questions are scenario based and how you will handle interactions with the guest.
