Target Casher interview questions

Received a phone interview after applying online. Phone interview consist of basic questions like tell me about yourself and of your goals. After the phone interview i was offered a 1 on 1 interview at the store location. I also had to fill out a personality questionnaire. The 1 on 1 interview had the same questions as the phone interview plus some situational questions.

Applied online, the process took two days, they called me the same day I applied, asked me star questions, very easy and relaxed. The HR manager was a woman very friendly and ask about my school and why target.
