I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2010
Interview
Hiring process was fairly quick. I submitted an application online, the next week I was called inf or an interview. I was hired and had to complete a drug screening, then the next week was orientation. Fairly simple.

Question 1
I honestly can't remember, it was a while ago. Very basic questions, though.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (McKinney, TX) in May 2013
Interview
Be nice and dress appropriately. Show up early and don't stutter or mumble. Smile and don't say "I'm really good with people" but if you do be ready to tell them why
My interview experience was horrible. It was a job fair at a hotel; a lot of people and noise. When I went into the waiting room, I was asked to fill out a paper that had questions like 'when are you available?' etc. etc. After that, around 30 minutes, my name was called out and I was brought into the interview room by a very nice lady. The first interview was a very pleasable experience, it's the second interview that was horrible.
The second lady was NOT nice at all, was very rude and kept making faces like 'I'm not impressed with your answers' (although the first lady was very impressed and wished she could've hired me right at that moment).
Anyways, after the 2nd interview I was told I would get an email in about 7-10 business days confirming wether or not I got the job.
I didn't. I was very glad, because I couldn't imagine working with those people that I saw that day.
