Target Buyer interview questions

Three interviews with upper management and one with HR, all behavior based questions (tell me a time). Interviewers use packet where they write down your answers based on the "star" method. Want to hear how you have been in a situation and then relate it back to the job you are applying for. Show your strengths in your answers (problem solving, demonstrate courage, efficient,etc).
