No frills interview. Staff seemed friendly and asked questions about various possible situations that might be encountered on the job (upset employee, miscommunication, scams, etc.). Interview lasted about thirty minutes.

It was Multiple part interview, I think two or three with multiple people. Be ready to meet some team members. It wasn’t that bad but can be intimidating to some people.
