Tapestry interview questions

Started out great. I really enjoyed the people I met in the interview process after the 3rd interview I was ghosted and never heard anything about moving forward or being rejected.

The interview process was unnecessarily long and repetitive, with up to four/five stages involving multiple stakeholders often asking the same set of questions. It felt like a poor use of time and lacked coordination. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon to be ghosted even after reaching the final round—something that's echoed in many other reviews on Glassdoor. Candidates should be prepared for a drawn-out process with no guaranteed follow-up.
