Interview
The process was really relaxed. The total process did took a few hours, mostly waiting. Before you can do the interview you had to take the CBT, computer based test, I thought it was pretty easy. the x-ray test was probably the hardest.

Interview
I applied through USAJOBS. I was referred 3 weeks later after the job announcement closed. Five days later I was set up for an interview. The interview was structured and experienced based. You cannot study for it. My advice is to slow down, make sure you understand the questions correctly, and answer the questions as concise as possible.

I can’t disclose the questions however Program Managers are supervisory position. It is already understood that you know the job so focus your preparation in your leadership qualities.

Interview
Interviewed in office by two TSA Officers. Questions were off of a sheet. Officers said beforehand that they could not give feedback and they pretty much took it to an extreme and would only repeat the question if asked. They do tell you pretty much right after if you passed the interview (I did not).
