It was sort of lengthy. the questions are pretty typical however it seems like a lot of pressure. I’m sure I could’ve said anything and would’ve still been hired. I feel like it’s just procedure and that it really depends on your background check. Once they call you in for the interview you should be just fine

Interview process was fair, two-three hiring managers interview you in a group. They ask scenario questions about previous job and school experiences. You would know if you got hired right there cause they will ask you to do the finger printing process right after the interview.

In person interview at TSA HQ in Virginia. Dress was business casual. Panel interview with 3 people who were attorneys for TSA. Total interview time was about 45 minutes and asked in depth questions.
