TP Senior Customer Care Executive interview questions

I have worked in teleperformance in L2 process in Flipkart so I want to rejoin and i have left earlier because of small accident now I am fit to do work from home

First round is HR round which is very good. HR asks about my self, family background and total experience etc. Second round VNA- they just checked my pronounciation, vocabulary, grammer, fluency etc. Final round is OPS- Its a manager round, he was great person he asked about my roles and responsibilities and some coomands of GDS.
