First contacted by email after applying through the website, then an invitation for an interview . Arrived there, made me wait 1 hour on the waiting room. First interview with a chinese HR in english. No hard questions just went through basic interview questions. Then had to wait 30 more minutes to meet with another upper level management guy. Talked ot him for about 30 minutes.
I was asked by the first interview HR girl, if I could come back for a third interview with another manager. I said yes. Arrived at the third interview at the exact day and time I was assigned. There was a new chinese HR girl that waited for me, she said that the previous HR girl is not working here anymore, so she forgot to tell her I was coming for a third interview. I said ok, just tell me what do I need to do now, leave or stay?!
Then she said I needed to wait. I waited 30 minutes. The guy (non-chinese) I was suppose to have an interview with arrived. He asked me about my personal and prefessional life. My nationality and religion believes (I tried not to give an answer as he is not suppose to ask me that, but I said to myself oh well, I guess this is how it rolls here, so I tried to be diplomatic). He looked smart, prefessional and things went pretty well with him, besides his huge mistake to ask weird religious questions.
Then I was sent to another language manager(non-chinese), to find out how my language skills are. Had a conversation with her in the breaking room, no language test forms, no nothing, people coming in and chatting loud in the breaking room. She was not prefessional at all, asked my nationality as well, again, and where I lived. Her english wasnt that good, but she was native of the language she was interviewing me for. After 3 hours of more wait than talk, I was done!
