Algo lento, demasiadas entrevistas pero al final se entiende el motivo, tienen bastantes filtros que muestran que solo buscan personas competentes para las campañas, el ambiente laboral depende de los supervisores la verdad

Básicamente te hacen preguntas sobre quién eres, cómo diste con la vacante, el lugar donde vives, hacen pequeños rol plays para ver tu manejo de inglés

The interview process was great. I was handled by a professional interviewer and able to answer all her questions. My experience with the TP has been good and I expect nothing but a good work environment.

3 Telefonate und 2 Test.
Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir vorher gesagt welche Fragen(nicht alle aber 2/3) sie stellen wird und mir geraten mich darauf vorzubereiten.
Das habe ich dann natürlich auch gemacht und das hat mir sehr geholfen.
Quick and only a few questions and not too hard. It was all basic customer service questions and a short role play and email writing in both languages. Total time was less than an hour.
