The interview process took 2 weeks. Initial interview was on site, while the final interview was on the phone. The initial took only 5-8 mins. The interviewer assess your confidence by answering questions. The more confident youn are, the less questions will be asked. The final interview took 2 weeks, it was mostly "waiting game". They will shcedule me, and I'll wait but won't receive calls. Patience is the key for this one.
