They try to check how fluent you can talk. If you can give your answer with fluency and good pronunciation you will get selected. Basically if you have the ability to give interview as if you are talking to someone relaxed you will get the job.

You have to dedicate maybe 30 min to 1 hour to do the tests they ask for as a standard. If you pass that, you will have an "interview" with someone that probably didn't even see your CV, but it is easy entrance.

They have 3 rounds.
1 is HR round
2 is a test
3 is detailed interview
Hr round is all about background, they ask about you, your past work experince and then if we pass we have to give a test in 2nd round.
