it was easy enough, they did not ask a lot of questions they anyways had a lot of seats empty and they needed employers anyway, Teleperformance always has openings for people to come and join in, so in case your thinking of becoming a customer care executive then this isn't the wrong place for you, it is indeed right!

It was a zoom virtual meeting but first up I was gone through an on call telephonic interview by the consultancy, then if shortlisted the HR conducts the interview on zoom.

Hr round then Hr and Managerial round together. First you have to go with Hr round after clearing Hr round they will conduct Managerial round, clear managerial round and get selected. Clear the assessments now and be ready for training and no leave for first three months.
