Had a couple phone interviews with basic marketing questions. They told me I am speaking with the Project Manager of Facebook Project, later figured it out that it was my workmate I was on the same team with. Also basick online tests.

The interview was detailed, structured and informative. There was no delay, important questions pertaining your role were asked and also after the interview, you also undergo a training program to enable you to understand your role.
