TP Customer Support interview questions

First two interview were smooth, final stage interview never happened. Had an appointment with them, waited for half an hour and nothing, called them/emailed them and tried calling them on Skype with no response. One hour later after the general call line responded to one of my calls, mentioned they will "investigate" the situation and let me know. 45 mins later, just got tired of waiting, (total of 1 hour and 45 mins) and turned off the computer. 2 weeks later - one week before the initial suggested starting date - called to ask if I was still interested.
