After connecting with me, the interviewer set a 30-min preliminary interview in which I was explained about a potential job opportunity from a customer. The interviewer focused on creating a positive environment, as the interviewer showed a supportive and pleasant attitude. In the first part of the interview, the topics focused on me whereas in the second part, it was about TMC business model and philosophy, as well as details about the customer.
After the interview, I filled a CV template by TMC which was then introduced to the customer. The only con in the whole process was not getting any feedback about the negative outcome of my application, which is something that I would personally appreciate rather than deprecate. Except this, I found the whole process as a good and fun experience.

Tell me about yourself
Example of a stressful situation
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TMC in Oct 2025
Interview
I passed the first interview and I'm waiting for the second. The interviewer was very clear on how the company works. The interview starts with the interviewer explaining how the company works, then gives you some time to explain your projects listed in the CV to finally close the interview with more details about the company and leaves some time for questions about the company.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at TMC (Eindhoven)
Interview
Not transparent about job, expectations, compensations. I have no prior experience to compare it to so it should be taken with a grain of salt. The answers when the topic came up seemed to deliberately avoid clarity.
