Interview
J'ai d'abord eu un petit entretien au téléphone, puis j'ai été invité aux bureaux. Là, nous étions 10 à passer l'entretien, qui a commencé par des interviews individuels, puis par un business case en groupe de 5, lequel était observé par deux directeurs de la boite. 3 interviews au total, avec 3 personnes différentes.
Nice and relaxed atmosphere during the interview, where you feel included instantly. It is a young and dynamic team and they leave a good first impression. First it was an online call and then you meet in their office.

What is your expertise and where do you see yourself in 5 years.
They asked me to go in person and meet with the interviewers in the headquarters. 2 HR interviewed me, basic questions about my background: since I am a graduate, they also asked me to describe a project I did in a few sentences.

Interview
Starts off with a group case study and then a presentation. Later, you have a short interview of your technical capabilities accompanied by an interview of your soft skills which takes around 10 minutes.
