Details as follows: 15 minutes of behavioural (tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, tell me about previous deal experience you have, etc.) 10 minutes of technicals (walk me through a dcf, explain wacc and discounting, walk me through an lbo, multiples questions) 5 minutes of questions for interviewers
