Interview
Only did first round. Consisted of two interviews with two associates. Details as follows:
15 minutes of behavioural (tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, tell me about previous deal experience you have, etc.)
10 minutes of technicals (walk me through a dcf, explain wacc and discounting, walk me through an lbo, multiples questions)
5 minutes of questions for interviewers

Behavioural:
- Tell me about yourself
- Tell me about your previous work at X company
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Why investment banking?
- Why TD?
Technicals:
- Walk me through a DCF
- Explain WACC
- A few multiples related questions

Interview
I interviewed for IB at most of the Big 5 banks. The first round internship for TDS was by far the most technical, second round is very behavioural. This varies among the banks. RBC tends to be the opposite.

The usual questions... Treasury stock method, accretion/dilution, DCF, stock buyback benefits/cons, etc.

Interview
2 rounds of interviews with analysts on the investment banking team. Mix of behavioral and technical questions. Make sure to have a good understanding of what investment bankers do and intermediate/advanced finance knowledge.
