A few weeks later, received an on site interview. Questions were all behavioral and the friendly culture really showed through during the interview process. Thoroughly enjoyed interviewing with TD.

One over the phone interview talking about logistics. One interview that asks you about your projects. Use STAR method. Didn’t really talk about leetcode problems or anything. Just basic behaviour questions. But also really know what you did for your projects.

There are some hard technical questions but mostly pretty chill. Interviewers are very nice and respectful and it feels like a conversation in the end. Very positive experience which reflects the collaborative culture at TD
