After clearing all rounds, no formal HR round happened ever for salary negotiation as they were firm on one figure since day 1, like a fixed package offered to a fresher. They were absolutely reluctant to 'discuss' and carve out an offer for an experienced candidate. Moreover, salary break up was not shared on email before releasing offer saying such is company policy. Upon insisting, it was finally shared on Whats app after 2.5 weeks following final round. It was shocking to see that even from whatever meagre hike was offered, 15% was variable, which was never informed and HR was trying to clearly lie and manipulate. So, in all 10% hike was offered on fixed. Complete waste of time! Unprofessional, disappointing. Pls be careful with this company.
