Interview
Initial communication was established by a staffing agency starting with a phone interview. After that we had a meeting 1 to 1 (travel expenses were payed) discussing my skills and what work has to be done at the company. Social skills and my work experience have been the main focus of the interview.

Are you comfortable with Nearshore\Offshore and do you think you can handle teams across multiple continents/countries like Russia and Brasil.
It was quite good. Got contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter and was introduced to T-systems. The round with the hiring manager went great was technical where I shared my vision of working with the implementation processes and different business use cases.

Interview process was pretty quick. Turnaround time was really fast. Since the job description was the the same as what I used to do in my current role, it was not that tough.

Interview
One initial interview with HR, next interview with the Hiring Manager (both on the phone). Followed by an Expert & HR interview onsite. Pretty open and straightforward. Nice atmosphere in all of the interviews.
