1. A quick phone interview with an HR person, no longer than 5 minutes, no IT questions, just a bit of english conversation and the invitation to the IT skill test
2. A general IT skill test and an English language test - IT test was regarding troubleshooting and setting up different things in both linux and windows, with 4 answers to choose from. The English language test was about understanding a written paragraph, and finding errors within separate sentences.
3. A group interview with 3 team-leaders + an HR person - the final round of the hiring process, you talk about yourself, what you know about the company, they will introduce you to the offered position in more detail, and afterwards you can ask questions. Their last questions are about your desired salary, and the when can you start.
