I was then given an online coding challenge to complete within a week. The challenge involved writing efficient SQL queries and solving algorithmic problems related to data manipulation. It was a great way to demonstrate my coding skills in a practical context.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Systems (Pune) in Dec 2018

They called me at 10.30 and I reached in time .
After Submitting my resume to the HR, I waited for 30 minutes after that one Main HR came and explained about the company and its growth plan.
After 20 Mins first Technical interview started with brief introduction and basic questions, core concepts related to the technologies i worked.
After that Lunch break was there so food was arranged for the candidates.
Second round started with work, projects in current organization then core and tricky questions followed by writing some code snippets for tricky use case and aome behavioral questions related to SAFe/Agile method.
After that HR came and told you are selected and gave some forms to fill. After filling the forms they told me send some documents over a mail so that they will release an offer.
I sent documents next day and however I was waiting for that for 1 week, they haven't release the offer .I tried to follow up with HR, and he replied me that On Shore Team wants to have one more round so they are delaying the process. After the next follow up after one week HR told me that they put me on hold.
Dear HR's, don't waste candidates time by fooling the them.
Don't call and select them if you are not having enough Positions/Budget.
