T-Mobile interview questions

Applied online and was sent a mail requesting for an interview about a week later. Interview went fine. Was asked specific to my background. On current job and responsibilities. Was told will be informed if need to come for a f2f interview if selected. Was informed after 8 weeks that I was not selected.

I was able to get an interview with a store manager thanks to a employee referral, after applying online and being rejected. Have a professional resume and be prepared to talk about how previous jobs relate and have prepared you for the position. There are 3 interviews: 2 with store managers and the last is a phone interview with the market manager.
