They asked me to perform a case study at the end of the interview on-site. Then I had to do a presentation to the interviews as to what I did in the case study.
Overall it was good, They were nice and friendly. One manager and one assistant. But the HR ghosted me and then the position closed after the interview. It was so unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. General behavior questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Feb 2025
Interview
3 round interview:
- 7 behavioral questions via recording
- Hiring Manager
- 2 person panel screening - Technical Team (ML)
Panel interview was very awkward. The two people did not hold a conversation and not personable went. In all rounds of the interview, they asked if I have experience with Azure Cloud--internal communications is an issue at T-Mobile. It's what you would expect from a major corporation interview.
Asked questions that do not align with the job description. Seems like they are looking for an Engineer when they're advertising for a Business Analyst role.
