Interview
It usually takes three interviews, though this depends on the store. With your store manager is one option. Sometimes there are two or three different store managers for the second interview. Usually, the district manager is involved in the last one.

Question 1
How Would You Handle a Challenging or Demanding Client?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Feb 2025
Interview
It was an odd experience. I was sent a meeting invitation by the recruiter without asking for my availability. I wasn't available at the original time and asked for a different time which they granted. When I had the call, the recruiter just started rattling off a list of benefits for about 20 minutes before we briefly discussed the role, but not in depth. About a week later they scheduled another call without asking for my availability. Luckily, I was able to do that one. It was a panel interview. One of the people did not show up. I thought it was a great conversation. One of the panel members even said I was a great fit and said I would be moving on to the next round. In less than 24 hours, I got a very standard rejection email. And now I am being harassed to complete a survey. No thanks.
Not very engaging wanted me to ask them questions seemed like, went to three interviews and got rejected after the third one and the position is constantly open I've applied 7 times and been denied, one who thinks they would want to hire someone eager for the job in lstead they constantly have to retire for the position
