T-Mobile interview questions

The phone screening was fairly straightforward — mostly focused on confirming my background, availability, and interest in the role. They asked about my degree, years of experience, and examples but nothing too technical. After that, the recruiter worked with me to set up a time for the onsite interview, which will include a +1 interview at their office.

Long many different steps. After all the work that’s put into the hiring process I was surprised I didn’t get the position. Seems kind of pointless that they don’t even give any feedback after the long process.
