I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Miami, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
I've completed two interviews with T-Mobile, both were super laid back and the managers made me feel at home. They asked typical interview questions.. Right after my second interview, i received an email request for my background check. Today (a week after I submitted the information) I got another email with a copy of my background check, which has cleared. My questions are... how long do they take to make an offer? Do they do background checks on everyone, or only the people they intend on hiring?
Update-- I got the job! Quite excited to join this amazing company!

Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with an angry customer?
It went pretty simple met with two managers and had to answer a couple questions about past sales experiences and after that it wasn’t that bad. But I didn’t end up feeling that good after the interview but I got the job.
They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days. However, there was no indication in the application that they would specify this; otherwise, I wouldn't have applied. So, needless to say, I didn't get the job because I wasn't willing to compromise. I mean, if none of that matters to you, then I'm sure you can get the job.
