Starr Insurance Companies interview questions

I went through 2 rounds of interviews both were pretty unprofessional. The forst round the interviewer showed up 15 minutes late to the zoom meeting. The 2nd round the interviewer barely asked any questions. I felt like I was carrying the interview. Overall poor experience. Both interviewers talk so much on how their systems are not effective.

I applied, was contacted by a recruiter for an internship, and then I was interviewed by my future boss. He asked me behavioral questions to see if I was a good fit.
